What we collect

When you request an estimate, we collect:

• Your name, email and phone number, and how you prefer to be contacted
• Details about your home: type, size, rooms, condition, pets, the service and add-ons you’re interested in, and your preferred date
• Your town and ZIP code; we ask for the exact address only when we confirm a visit
• Any photos and notes you choose to share

To protect the form from abuse, we also keep a one-way scrambled version of your connection’s address. The site uses a cookie to remember your language, and the owner’s private panel uses sign-in cookies. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To prepare your estimate, schedule and provide the cleaning, contact you about your request, keep a record of the work we agreed on, and keep the website secure. We don’t use your information for advertising, and we never sell it.

Photos

Photos are optional and used only to understand the work and prepare your estimate. Before upload, your browser resizes each photo and removes hidden data such as its location. Photos are stored privately, and only Golden Pearl can view them.

Text messages

If you choose text message, we’ll contact you only about your request and your visits. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We don’t share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties for marketing.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers that help us run this website and our business, and only as needed:

• Our website hosting and database providers
• Resend, to send email confirmations and notifications
• Cloudinary, to store photos privately
• Cloudflare, to protect the form from spam

We may also disclose information when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep request details for as long as needed to prepare your estimate, provide our services and keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information or your photos at any time, unless we must keep it to meet a legal obligation.

Your choices

You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or stop receiving messages from us. Contact us using the phone number or email listed on this site.

Security

We use encrypted connections, restricted access to our owner panel with two-step verification, and private storage for photos. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children and changes

This website isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.

Website statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on public pages to measure visits and website performance without advertising or tracking cookies. These statistics do not include the private owner panel or information entered in estimate forms.
