Our services

What each cleaning includes, and what it doesn’t.

What’s the difference between Standard and Deep Cleaning?

Standard Cleaning is maintenance for a home that’s cleaned regularly: dusting, surfaces, kitchen, bathrooms and floors, following the same checklist on every visit.

Deep Cleaning includes everything in Standard, plus detailed work: baseboards, doors and frames, window sills and tracks, blinds, ceiling fans, grout and buildup. If your home hasn’t had a professional cleaning in a while, we usually recommend starting with a Deep Cleaning. Removing light dust from accessible blinds is included in Standard and Deep Cleaning. Grease or heavy buildup on blinds is quoted as an add-on.

Which service do I need for a move?

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is for an empty or nearly empty home. It includes Standard and Deep Cleaning, plus the inside of cabinets, drawers, closets, the oven and the refrigerator. If furniture or belongings will still be there, tell us in the form so we can plan the time.

Do you clean apartments and Airbnbs?

Yes. We clean houses, apartments, townhouses and condos, and we offer turnover cleaning for Airbnb and other short-term rentals between guests.

What isn’t included in your services?

To keep every visit safe and on schedule, we don’t offer:

  • Moving heavy furniture or appliances
  • Exterior glass or high, hard-to-reach windows
  • Carpet shampooing or extraction, or upholstery cleaning
  • Pressure washing or full-wall washing
  • Mold remediation, biohazard, pest or pet-waste cleanup
  • Hoarding or extreme-condition cleaning, construction debris or heavy organizing
  • Unsafe areas or areas that need special access
Do you do laundry?

We don’t offer laundry service, including washing sheets or towels, for residential or Airbnb cleanings. We make the beds with the clean linens you provide and leave used linens where you tell us. For same-day turnovers, keep enough spare clean sheets and towels at the property.

Can every stain be removed?

We always do our best, but permanent stains, damaged grout or caulk, corrosion, structural mold and severe mineral deposits can’t always be removed. If we see something like this, we’ll tell you before we start.

What are add-on services?

Extra work that’s priced separately because it can add significant time: blinds or window tracks with heavy buildup, window screens, the inside of the oven, fridge, cabinets or drawers, organizing, light dishes (only if agreed in advance), an extra room or area, and a garage sweep. We confirm every add-on with you before doing it.

Airbnb and short-term rentals

How a turnover works between one guest and the next.

What does a turnover cleaning include?

General cleaning of the property, beds made with the clean linens you provide, fresh towels, restocking the amenities you leave on site, trash out, kitchen and bathrooms reset, furniture and decor arranged as agreed, a final quality check and a report of anything damaged or missing. The full checklist is on the Airbnb service page.

Do you restock supplies?

Yes — the supplies you provide and store at the property, such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, coffee, tea and approved bathroom items. We’ll tell you when something is running low. Buying supplies with Golden Pearl’s own money isn’t part of the standard service unless we agree on it separately.

Can you clean between a check-out and a check-in on the same day?

Yes, when we know the check-out and next check-in times and the schedule allows it. Tell us in your request, and keep spare linens ready — we don’t offer laundry service.

What is an Airbnb Deep Cleaning?

A separate, periodic service for when the property needs detailed work: baseboards, doors and frames, edges and corners, blinds and window tracks depending on condition, accessible interior glass, detailed kitchen work, buildup in bathrooms, reasonable grout and soap-scum scrubbing, and cleaning under or behind light items that are safe to move.

Estimates and pricing

How we prepare a price for your home.

Why don’t you list prices?

Every home is different, so we don’t use one automatic price. We look at the size of your home, its bedrooms, bathrooms and floors, its condition, pets, the service and any add-ons — and your photos, if you send them. Then we send you a free, personalized estimate. Sometimes we’ll suggest a quick walk-through first.

What if my home needs more work than I described?

If the condition on the day is noticeably heavier than described, we’ll stop and talk with you before doing any additional work. Nothing extra is added without your approval.

How long does a cleaning take?

It depends on the size and condition of your home and the service you choose. We’ll give you an idea of the time once we know the details, but we don’t promise an exact duration before understanding the scope.

Visits, payment and guarantee

What to expect before, during and after your cleaning.

Do I need to be home?

No. You’re welcome to be there, but it isn’t necessary. We just need a way to get in — a key, a garage or smart-lock code, a lockbox or an unlocked door. Let us know in advance.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, we bring our own cleaning products and equipment. If you’d like us to use a particular product in your home, leave it out with a note and we’ll gladly use it.

What about my pets?

We love pets. If yours is anxious or doesn’t do well with visitors, please keep them in a separate area while we clean, and pick up any pet waste before we arrive. If there’s a lot of pet hair, mention it in your request.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, including same-day cancellations, have a $100 fee. If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the visit is treated as a late cancellation. Special situations are reviewed case by case.

When and how do I pay?

Payment is normally due on the day of service, once the cleaning is complete. Certain jobs may require a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due when the work is finished; we confirm any deposit in your estimate before you book. Payment Methods: Debit Card, Zelle, Check, Bank Transfer, Cash App, and Cash. We coordinate payment with you by text, call or email.

What if I’m not happy with something?

Let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back to take care of any area included in your service, at no extra cost.

Are you insured?

Yes. Golden Pearl Cleaning Services LLC carries liability insurance. If your building or HOA needs a certificate of insurance, ask us and we’ll send it.

What if something gets damaged?

If accidental damage happens during one of our services, we document what happened, tell you promptly and review the right next step for the situation. Please tell us within 24 hours so we can look into it while it’s fresh.

Which areas do you serve?

We’re based in Hope Mills and serve the surrounding communities. See our service area page, or enter your ZIP code in the quote form — if you’re a little farther away, we’ll confirm whether we can reach you.
